We were told it would be advisable to get a settlement agent for our house purchase by our broker. Luckily for us, we listened and got Champion Bay Settlement.nnWe had a horror of a time with our first home. Besides the having to fight with the realestate company daily about simple problems unfixed; then the owners not being ready for settlement; while being evicted from our rental because the rate we paid was too low; and a cyclone smashing the house up. It was mildly entertaining for us in the end. But, everyday I could (and would) call Champion Bay Settlement and they would ease our minds or come up with cunning ways to protect us. We only wish we had spoken to them before putting an offer in.nnWe could not recommend Erin, Tony and the team for their help. Their honesty and kindness. They haven’t really had a case like ours before and I’m sure others won’t. But if you do, you couldn’t ask for a better team to be backing you.nnThanks a heap guys. I had a very pleasant experience with Tony and all staff members at CBS. The service was both private and personal. Tony attends to calls even after hour to give his customer some sort of reassurance. He takes care of his clients right and is very protective. He caters to all personal requirements as much as he can. Words are not enough to describe the quality of service I received here. Would suggest consult with him before putting in your offer as he will tell you how to put the special conditions to protect you.
