I had booked a trial flight experience for my wife ,for today ,at 11am. We got there about 10:45, and they told us that there were having some issues. They were aware that we were coming here from cairns, which is about an hour and a half away. For the scheduled time of 11 , they sent a mail around 10 am asking me to get in touch with them ASAP. By then I was reaching mareeba. They also said they had sent an email requesting local Australia contact number, which apparently wasn't done,and apologized. Fuel - they had gone to the next airport for fuel for the flight. We they not aware of this booking. They were sure about this program, but not when it could be done. The pilot who had to take my wife to the trial, had taken a student earlier and gone to the a nearby airfield to collect fuel. In the meantime, I had expressed that they had to do good for the cost of the transfer and refund along with the program charges. Now, The plane arrives, the pilot comes over, gets into a discussion with the office. She informs us that the program is not possible, quite dangerous due to weather conditions. None of this was informed by the office. If weather conditions were not good, the could have got the forecast and informed earlier. I feel all of this was made up to get away with not reimbursement of transfer costs. IT SUCKS😠 ITS TOTAL INCOMPETENT ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. IF I had a choice, I will give only zero 🌟. I STRONGLY ADVISE ALL AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY.......

Had a trial flight in a Cessna with one of the instructors and had a blast. Very hands on and I was well informed in the air. I'm am now considering having lessons to attain a Private Pilot Licence (PPL).

My first fly in NQAC with instructor Connor. He is the best partner in the flight. It's special wonder experience in my life.

Enjoyed a great scenic flight here, I just can recommend it to anyone
