I had a great experience with FNQ Airport Shuttle. The driver was friendly and chatted to me about his family and his family business that he has spent many years developing and running. Don was helpful and cheerful, he went the extra mile when I asked to change my drop off location last minute. Price was cheap and am happy to contribute to a small family business. I was weary due to some reviews on this page, but after my experience I would highly recommend FNQ Airport Shuttle. Thanks Don for making my day and starting our family holiday off on a great note!
Mark is very friendly and helpful. I made my booking on very short notice (25 minutes prior!) So the 5 minute wait when he was running late was not problem at all, he was very kind and apologetic about it. 10/10 Would recommend and use again, cheapest shuttle I have seen.
Excellent value and great customer service. When I left my phone on the bus, they went through considerable efforts to get it back to me as soon as possible, even though they had to mail it to (literally) the other side of the world. When I offered to reimburse the shipping costs, they told me not to worry about it, even though it cost more than I paid for the shuttle.
Perfect! Really cheap, could be picked up at the hostel itself and perfectly in time, even approached us if we were the people to pick up! Even grabbed our bags for us. I think if you're getting to the airport instead of arriving, and make sure you're in time, you should definitely be fine.
