The boys arrived on time. The were very polite and professional. They listened to my request and gave me the best solution they could. They were very clean and tidy, they even put back the furniture. Before leaving the gave me instructions on how to use the remote. I was very pleased and satisfied with the job. Would highly recommend. Well done.

Called into office talked to young women was told they were heavily booked so took my email and phone and we would be contacted, we have had no communication at all, the job was done by another company so no stars.

We needed to disconnect, raise and reconnect our outside unit. I picked Don Hall because they were sensible and helpful on the phone, and they managed to fit us in two days before Christmas, did a quick and good job, came back a day later to reconnect all with no dramas at all... and didn't charge much at the end of it all. Good and honest service....Definitely recommend!
