What a great team. Van aircon wasn't working. Called several businesses before I was recommended to try this firm. Work was done that afternoon and aircon now working effectively. Couldn't have been happier with such prompt service. Thanks Nathan and Jayden.

We had trouble with our power inlet point to our caravan when we left Roma on a Sunday, so we called the owner of Switched on Electrical at Charleville (Nathan I think). We informed him of our drama (to us it was an extremely stressful situation) as to having no power to our caravan for approximately 24 hours. Nathan was very calm and gave us his address in Charleville and advised us to call in when we arrived in town and he would access the situation for us. He was so efficient, changed the point on the lead but did not have an inlet point on hand. He checked that it would be ok for the night and advised us the best caravan park to stay in. He said he would have one of his eight workers come to the park on Monday and fit the inlet for us. His very polite employee arrived at our van at 8.30am and fitted the new point. His service was exceptional and his rates very, very reasonably.
