Cairns Taxis

Booked a taxi the night before in preparation for a flight the coming morning ,the taxi did not show and there was another group with us who had the exact same issue. A maxi taxi showed up for a different booking from someone who wasn’t even there and refused to let us in after the job got cancelled. We called the company 3 times over the span of 30 mins and where consistently assured that a taxi was “on its way” - ended up getting an Uber. Moral of the story don’t get a taxi through this company

Rang for a maxi cab at 6:30pm and still waiting at 8pm??? Very unprofessional to say the very least!!! Missed dinner booking with family, thanks cairns taxis......Well done😡

Ordered a taxi at a certain time, and only waited 4 minutes before leaving my son who is under 18years old from work! My son rings me to let me know that the taxi passes him with other passengers in it! Very Poor Service from Black and White Cabs.

Waited over 20 minutes for a taxi just for the driver to do a drive by and not even wait 10 seconds for us to come outside. Apparently, according to the operator, we are expected to wait outside, in the hot and humid weather with our 6 month old. The operator mentioned that there would be another 20 min wait for another taxi. I called an uber and was picked up and dropped off in under 20 minutes.
