Great service by the smiling lady at the counter named Rico. She was so patient and understanding to give us what we needed. Really satisfied with the product and the service. Would surely visit again!
I walked in to find two sale assistants and only one of them serving. The available one made no effort to move from her spot to help me and gave me the ‘you can’t afford to be in here’ look. I swiftly left and went to another jewellers. Just call me Julie Roberts I guess.
Following an original confusion over the scope of works required, then anxiety over excessive delays and misplacement by couriers, the work was eventually completed to our total satisfaction and AT NO CHARGE in compensation for all the anguish. Top marks to Anne at the George Street store for service above and beyond
Have bought a number of jewellery gift items from MH George St. service is good.nnOnly had one hiccup with an item however was resolved as fast as possible by the store.
My husband came here for our anniversary present for the past 3 years and the staff are great. He told me that we always buys per advice of the staff and that they're very helpful without being pushy. Great service!
