Disappointed with this store. I went in today to enquire about the LV porchette metis. I have bought this bag but wanted to buy one for my sister as a Xmas/graduation presentation. This bag is hard to find so I was pleased to hear that there was a canvas one in stock. However I was told by the sales assistant that she could only sell me the bag if I was a long standing LV customer ( I’ve 3 bags already, but why should this Even matter ). So you’d rather it be on your shelf than sell it? I was also told that if I wanted to buy the bag I needed to buy additional products like a slg or a small purse.... errm can you say that? I’m sure this is illegal why do I need to buy additional products for you to sell me a £2k bag. Overall really disappointed. I’ll take my business elsewhere. LV, you really need to vet who is representing your company. Shocking!

Just stopped in to have our jewellery cleaned. Great service and quick.

My favorite time of the year is when I catch up with an old friend and we go shopping at Louis Vuitton. We are always greeted by name at the door and offered champagne. What great customer service. They are so helpful with picking out gifts and the gift wrapping is so beautiful I never want to give the gift away. Such an experience shopping here.

So I was looking for a lovely present for a friend of course they love the expensive types of clothing and accessories so I thought it would be a good idea to go straight after work little to my knowledge the security guard followed me through every corner never letting his sights off me I had to leave as fast as I walked in as I felt so uncomfortable being judged by my clothes and the way I was presenting myself it is disgusting and disgraceful Shame on the people you hire I will never return to TGalleria to shop as I don’t care for stuck up security who stalk you as you browse
