Longest wait to get through passport control EVER! On the ‘other’ passport line. Only 1 guy for the whole line. Next to us 3 guys for the NZ and family line. Would avoid this airport in the future. We landed an hour and a half ago and we’re still not out of the airport!!!
Saturday afternoon not busy at all. Very convenient to fly out.
Arrival Hall is easy to navigate with information desk right in the middle to help with local details, transfers, hotels, tours...etc there are car rental counters, currency exchange locations and local mobile operators to help with a plan to suit your needs along with coffee shop to keep the thirst away. Signs are easily readable to direct visitors to pick up zone, taxi waiting area, domestic airport transfer bus, and limo, tour groups along with ride sharing waiting location or can just hop onto a train and head to the city. Toilets and water fountains are located on both ends of the arrival hall and waiting areas with plenty of seats available If get lost or confused there is always helpful volunteers around with very friendly and informative assistance
