Thank you for not only the gorgeous flower arrangement with chocolates but delivered by one of the staff to me themselves as I missed the delivery time and needed them urgently- if there is a grumpy lady as per some of your one star reviews she wasn't avail today I got the best service and with a smile very much appreciated and my neighbour loved her flowers. Grumpy woman snapped at me when I inquired about flowers for a wedding saying WHEN IS IT!! WE ONLY TALK TO THE BRIDE. My fiancee cannot be present because she works the same hours as the florist. She gave me detailed instructions and photos of exactly what she wanted but this woman was too stuck in her ways. Walked out in disgust.

Very adequate and professional. I asked for a bouquet, they were ready in 15 minutes.

What kind of florist is closed on Mother's Day. Absolutely disgusted.
