things got a bit messy once I informed the business that I will no longer be requiring their business. I was never contact by the accountants about how I wanted to proceed, instead, they just sent me a minutes of a meeting, which I was not present at nor did I know of, and charged me $440 for that privilege, to me this is FORGERY. Then when I refused to pay for the 12 months in advance payment, they threatened myself with legal action. POOR, POOR business practices Greg and Shawn. Use a different accounting firm as their prices are way to high for the service you really get. Was a loyal client for over 10 years, no longer

I own a Manufacturing Company in Central Australia, Taxes and Payroll for the workers and employees is not easy at all in this business. There are only a few people who understand the business. So, I was really worried about finding good accountants. One of my friends recommends me Sapphire Accountants. So, I met and hired them. Their service is very professional and courteous as they understand your core business, and this is key for small businesses to be successful.
Resolved all my current questions and concerns and filled my tax return within a single day after signing up with them. Also very helpful in terms of providing tax advice about my business. A great asset to my business and a nice and can do attitude. Highly recommended.
