The moment I engaged Richard and Sarah to look after my personal and business tax returns, it was actually life changing. Sarah was so helpful with my tax. As I'd been living overseas for a few years, I was behind in my tax returns by four years. It was such an overwhelming and daunting task but was so relieved when Sarah was referred to me. She made the whole process really simple. I just needed to send her my statements for my investment property for the past few years. Approving and paying for the work was easy too, using an online system. It doesn't get much simpler for such a complex task!nnHer advice was invaluable and provided guidance as to what I could and couldn't claim. I thought I'd have unrecoverable losses from the years I overseas but that wasn't the case. I received a really impressive and surprising tax return - I doubt I would've had the same result if I'd muddled through on my own!nnContacting Sarah via email, text or phone was really easy and she always responded promptly - even if she was overwhelmed with tax returns during COVID!nnI would definitely refer everyone to use their services - in fact, I already have!nnI will definitely be using Sarah again next tax year!

Wow what a surprise this was. I am almost reluctant to tell you how good my experience was with Louise and her team. She answered all my questions and then added lots of extra information that has been most beneficial to me. She is approachable, knowledgeable and knows her stuff.
