Pizza Hut Upper Coomera

Best Pizza place in town. This plave has certainly improved 1000% since the change of ownership. Every bit as good as the more expensive gourmet stores.

terrible service, recieved pizzas with topping only right in the middle with huge crusts and burnt sauce on the outside, threw half of them out called right after they were delivered to complain where they said they would issue a store credit via email and never sent it, called asking what was happening with it, spent around an hour on the phone all up only to be offered 10% off. So in short if you want pizzas that are practically just crust, and want to waste an hour of your time on the phone to them all for them to offer you 10% off your next order (which you can recieve easily with probably more of a saving on a voucher anyway) go here. if not go somewhere else. just poor customer service and qaulity.

Hardly any topping if you go on Tuesday for the 2 for 1 pizzas. I'd rather pay full price @ a better pizza joint and get more than just cheese on crust

Been waiting for over an hour and a half and pizza is still getting made.. try call them and sat on the phone for 30 mins and still no answer.. will deffenetly not be back

Writing this review for someone else's order, the manager packing the customers order dropped a wing on the floor and placed it aside checking to see if any customers noticed before placing it back in with the food. Asked her to be honest about what she did and acted as if nothing happened until being called out for this. She had no reply apart from placing more into cook. Disgusting to think how often this happens on any given day. Extremely unhygienic and dishonest coming from the manager. Disgusting.
