Islamic College of Brisbane.

Literally just came this year and already seen enough, Students dont get a fair go at stuff and teachers are very picky, im in yr 7 and there is wayy to many exams. even after we finish our exams we still have tests and we still have to learn. alot of the students swear, which is bad.

schools new building is beautiful but we need teachers who can speak proper English...sometimes we cant understand them primary is very good tho wouldn't recommend high school

I'm going to be completely honest here- this school isn't the best. I'm not going to call out teachers or anything of the sort, I'm simply just going to state my opinions. First of all, this school doesn't provide good teachers, most of the teachers are known to be biased and mean. I understand teachers also want to teach discipline, but making students afraid isn't discipline, its unhealthy. Fear shouldn't be the reason a student finished their homework, they should be encouraged and praised a little. It gives students a sense of happiness that they have accomplished something. Most teachers at this school aren't the greatest at english, no judgement, but I strongly believe that teachers should be able to speak fluently if they are teaching. It makes it easier for students to understand their work. I think most schools have forgotten that school isn't supposed to be "hell" for children, its for students to understand work and feel happy. Not only that, the students are a bit....interesting, they constantly bully, fight and create havoc in school. That's on them, but the teachers can at least try to make students feel comfortable and happy in school, not make them feel like they're being forced to go. A few adjustments, that's all. bruh... For the people hating on ICB let me say this, BE GRATEFUL YOU HAVE A SCHOOL. also this school is better then most schools in the Islamic aspect.

ive been in this school for 9 years but i hate it here.thats why i will be leaving.i recommend it for primary but 100% not high school.
