Unfortunately my dealings with this company has been one of the worst dealings I have ever had, apart from the initial consulatation with their sales manager who was great to deal with. But once I payed the deposit and started dealing with the owner Michael everything went sour, I have had better service from a corner shop buying a bottle of milk compared to spending 25k with a company that supposedly has a contract with a national supplier. Admittingly the the lads (contractors) that built the shed were also great to deal with, but the owner of the company was non committal to almost any assistance and took over 5 months with numerous emails and calls to rectify a couple of issues with manufactured items etc. I would advise to any person or persons that these people are not interested in giving you good service or value for your hard earned dollars and strongly suggest looking elsewhere!
