IN TIMES WHEN MOST PEOPLE WOULD THINK THEY WOULD BE LOOKING FOR BUISNESS I RANG ON 10/09/2020 ABOUT 3.30 PM BOOKED A CAB GAVE THE OPERATOR HOME ADDRESS MY DESTINATION &MOBILE NUMBER RANG THEM BACK ABOUT 5 PM TO BE TOLD I HAD NO BOOKING THANK YOU ALL FOR NOTHING NOW MY CAR IS STUCK AT THE MECHANICS VERY POOR SERVICE NEXT TIME I THINK I MAY TRY AN UBER OR DIDI THANKS FOR NOTHING YOU ONLY GOT 1 STAR BECAUSE I COULD NOT POST THIS WITH NO STARS.BY THE LOOKS OF THE OTHER REVEIWS I CAN SEE WHY THIS INDUSTRY IS GOING SO BACK WARDS SO FAST?

The driver was lovely however the call centre operator was hopeless she didn't listen to the pick up address or the drop off, she seemed very confused with the process. It should be a simple task to book a cab, this particular occasion it was painful, I'm going back to Uber.

The driver was a cheery chap.was pasient while i sorted out my 2 kids the little terrors.Then wated while i took my kids inside at there mums to give me a ride home.on the ride home we had a inteligent conversationwich was awsum and considering he is working on sunday i could not have had a better service thanx yellow cabs you made my day .....👌
