I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service from this firm. It has been almost 2 weeks since I first tried contacting the Australian Taxation Advisers. I have left 2 voicemail messages, sent an email and also filled out their online 'contact' form - I have not had any reply or call back. I will try a couple more times before I look into lodging a formal complaint as I am simply trying to take up services with them that I have already paid for.
