Siggy Walsh did the conveyancing for both the sale and the purchase of my new home. She was by far the best Conveyancer I have ever had. She was very efficient and the letters she sent were great as I knew exactly the dates deposits , final payments were to be made etc. But not only was she super-efficient, she was kind. At one point I was quite stressed, as both settlements were on almost same day, and Siggy took the time to kindly and calmly talk to me, talk me through the fact that I was almost there, just a few more papers to sign.nAs well, RC Conveyancing fees are reasonable and no hidden costs.nI would highly recommend this company, RC Conveyancing and especially Siggy's work.
