Very rude, did not listen to my instructions, didn't want to hear my concerns, did not respond with care and professional advice. She made the stressful time at court even worse by pressuring me to agree to the other side. At the end the judge agreed to what I had asked for. She made repeatedly negative comments like this is stupid, I don't want to hear that, am not talking about that, these are just petty little things, I don't have the time for this etc. I could not believe a lawyer can be so disrespectful and could talk to her own client in this manner, she did apologise to me afterwards. Robyn was totally unprofessional.
Ms. Yu has failed to mention that the judge made the orders that she wanted because her solicitor (who she has publicly denigrated) ASKED THE JUDGE ON HER BEHALF TO MAKE THOSE ORDERS RATHER THAN THE ORDERS THAT THE OTHER PARTY WANTED.
