Had a great experience here when I first moved to Australia. They sell quality equipment at good prices, and they were nice enough to deliver to me well outside of their usual radius to help us get settled into our place. BBQ itself has been great.

Very friendly, helpful staff. This store is a bbqers dream. Wouldn't go anywhere else, prices are very reasonable.

Wow, outstanding service so far from Jenny who has been extremely helpful in locating some replacement parts for my fire place. She has communicated with me so professionally every time, set expectations about what she is doing to help me and really worked hard to find me a solution. So refreshing to receive such great service regardless of how much money i'm spending. Jenny is a real asset to BBQs & More if this is how she treats all customers!! Thank you.

Xmas Eve morning and whilst picking up a couple of thermometers, someone had rang into the Browns Plains store to personally thank them for their effort in what the staff had done for them. Not sure what the staff had done for that person to call them to thank them but what is important is that they did, and shows how the staff here are committed to customer service and customer satisfaction. It's pretty rare to get a personal thank you so I thought it was well worth mentioning. Well done to your staff here.
