Pizza Hut Browns Plains Westpoint

Food was completely inedible. Pasta sauce tasted off. Ordered drinks at the counter and never got them. Then was asked to pay full price even though half the group couldnt eat. Definitely not recommend.

Not very good. The best part was the machined ice cream. Pasta was just dry pasta with heated up sauce on top. Pizza was cold and soggy. Fruit was off and or old. Would not recommend to anyone. Staff ( girls) were really nice though.

Went for lunch at all you can eat restaurant and wasn't impressed at all. Not what it use to be!! Pizza cold ,dry and old.nNot tasty at all. And staff look like they don't want to be there.nWouldn't waste my money again.nManagment need to pick up there act.nHave regular fresh pizza come out. And replace old.nCleanliness of store is also terriable.nStore has the potential to be great but managment need to change.

After a year of it being closed, coming back I wasn’t impressed. It wasn’t very good at all and I won’t be going back.nService itself was pretty good tho and they were generous with their servings (not self serve currently due to covid)

Went to order some dinner for the family, the APP kept freezing, saying it did not recognise the deal when you selected it WITHIN the APP!! Tried to ring up the number and it kept cutting out or dropping off when on hold.nnSo went into the actual store... After choosing one of their deals and making some changes to that deal with the variations the different family members wanted the order suddenly jumped from 4 pizzas and 4 sides for $46 to just under $100 I told them to stick it and went to got some Chinese because it was cheaper.nnPizza Hut you are a bunch of rip off merchants!!
