Hungry Jack's Burgers Westpoint

Went to hungry jacks just after 1.30 in the morning, waited in the drive through for over 40mins for our order with only 2 cars in the drive thru. It wasnt even busy and they still manage to mess up our order. The staff was quite rude. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

Went last Friday night and we got hot food and hot cokes x 2, yuk was gross. No ice at all, like it had sat on the bench a while. Long line of people stopped me from complaining and getting fresh drinks. Just horrible

The store is typically clean inside and the drive thru is reasonable at peak hour. Food is typically good, just check your order before you drive off if they are a bit snowed under.

The tropical whopper is the best burger on earth. I said it and I meant it.

We order Uber eats from this store to our work place just 1min down the road once a month and every time it takes them over an hour to prepare the food. We order only three meals each time. Often the chips are cold and inedible. I’ve never had an order arrive in a reasonable time.
