I placed an online click-and-collect order with this store for local pickup. Wow, what amazing service. The local team assisted with a query and I was blown away with their professional support and even loaded the purchase into my vehicle. This will be my go-to store for all my future tool purchases.

Was clueless about what I needed and/or wanted, when I arrived at the shop. Thankfully, I was served by John. John was very knowledgeable in the tools I was looking at, and was honest too. What I appreciated most, was that he was not trying to upsell me to the biggest and best tool, but trying to find the best fit for the job I was doing. Thanks again!

Very helpful staff. After I forgot to ask somethings about my purchase, I went back in and Jett helped me again with all my questions. Took the time to double check instead of guessing the answer. Jett showed great customer service and knowledge of the product and other products similar.

Absolutely brilliant service by Shaun and the team at the Richlands store. We bought 2 Bosch items one of which kept breaking down and had been sent to Melbourne for repairs. Third time round I explained to Shaun that this is ridiculous, they should just replace it now and he advised he’ll talk the the Bosch rep and Melbourne and will push for a replacement which we got in the end. Thanks guys
