Organized on two separate occasions for my air conditioning to be installed and they were a no show both times.nWe purchased our air con from Harvey Norman and these are the guys they recommend. I wouldn’t bother wasting your time. Find your own installer

Guys did a great job. Turned up on time, explained what was happening and any additional costs. Worked well, timely and politely. Would use again. Thanks guys.

Had my AC replaced yesterday, two very friendly technician came onnbooked time, and did a very neat and professional installation, and clean up. Thank you.nErik.

Advance One was the contractor assigned to me from Harvey Norman. 5 week wait. They turn up 45 minutes late and parked in the tradesperson who turned up on time. They never inspected the site but called to ask about the site. They didn’t care enough to take notes or the person I was talking to didn’t know what they were doing. They need specific equipment to do the job but it was never organised and so here I am 5 weeks after the order and they can’t install it today, another 5 week wait and it will cost $220 more. Pretty dissatisfied with the experience today. Have asked for a refund and will find someone else with some professionalism to do the job.

Booked through Harvey Norman for installation of split system for son's room.. allocated Nic. Nic came out and said it couldn't be done as top storey was made of polystyrene. I ask what I should do as I had already purchased the air conditioner and it was sitting in my garage, (while staring directly at multiple townhouses around my area with same building material with split systems), Nic shrugs and leaves. Go back to Harvey Norman and allocated Johann. Johann came out and said it could be done but another 3 weeks wait. He'd call me. Another 4 weeks I call him. He apologises but the paperwork which assigns work not through. Back to Harvey Norman who fix paperwork. Day of job I can't be present so have friend there with money instead. Come home, aircon looks great. But packing boxes full of insulation and installation cut off and rubbish left in garage for me to dispose of and the remote in holder left on table. I forage around the boxes full of building waste to find the screws for the holder but I have no drill... thanks dudes.
