I am not to sure what work experience team I had deal with my current property - however we had an air con unit installed that was reading it’s sensor temp from the ceiling. When the technician came out to set up the WiFi unit, he couldn’t understand why it was reading such a high temp.nAfter spending hours trying to fix it and calling the bloke who installed it, we were told that this issue was known to the company prior to handing over the property. So for three months we had an air con unit working exceptionally hard trying to cool the temperature set in the ceiling. We repeatedly asked if it was normal for this to be the case and the answer was no.nWhat made matters worse is the air con had a leak so the unit was trying to cool down from a set temperature that was sometimes reading 50+ degrees with air that had no air con gas in it.nnThe office people guaranteed us that someone would come out at 7am to fix this as we both work and yet the person did not rock up till 730.nnAbsolutely shocking customer service to hand over a product that was known to be faulty.

Energy Air have been fantastic and super helpful. They have the customers best interest in the front of their mind and really professional and high quality as well. Thank you so much Jeff and Nathan :)

Low quality service. In terms of tlc aircon spare parts. They don't have an answer they hang up phone on you.nThey are not sure about their own quotation. Worst after sale service iv ever faced.nPlease don't hang up phone on technicians rana
