Came out repaired my washing machine fair price was courteous will recommend

Charge $75 to look at my microwave then wanted another $86 to get & install a $8.95 door latch. That equates to theivery in my opinion. Should have been covered in the fee as it wouldn't take more than five minutes to diagnose and another five to install the latch. If I had to pay another $20 to cover the cost of the latch I wouldn't have minded.nBought the part online & installed myself.nDefinitely would NOT recommend!

A Quote will cost you $90 and take 2 weeks to do. 20 Year old Bench Hot Plates. Repair quote $293 to repair for 2 x Regulators, 1 x Clip , 1 x Seal. I went and bought a new one for $448.00. Phoned to inform of our decision was given a choice to either dispose of old one or to collect. 5 Hours later, as I chose to colect my old set, I am still waiting for a call back to be told when I can come and collect it.on when I can do that.

Very rude Customer Service Representatives!nnWe tried to call to book for a service on the faulty dishwasher and the lady hung up on us.nnBeen dealing with many appliance repairs over the years and this is the worst customer service we ever have.nnWill definitely lodge a formal complaint.
