Lack of communication and support, when you are buying a property you need someone that guides you and supports you throughout the whole process, we even had to contact them to remind them our settlement day was coming up.nAdditionally after settlement we had to pay for an outstanding balance of an utility bill that didn't belong to us because they didn't do a proper job when checking the contract (and they charged apart only for this almost $700), I would never recommend this team to anyone.nWe ended up paying more than $2500 for a service that we expected to be more professional...

Andrew personally, is too busy and struggles to meet timeframes he has committed to. He is always on the phone and you constantly play phone tag with him. All of which add to the costs at the end of the day. This firm is more expensive than most, and after getting a quote from another firm of almost half decided to cancel his services.nI am sure the conveyancing side of things which appears to be handled by other staff would move more quickly.
