Very friendly and helpful staff!! The storage unit was clean and respectable on arrival.
We also found the public facilities (compared to other local storage unit locations) respectably clean and tidy!! Even cleaner than some of my friends houses!!
I had the pleasure of dealing with the lovely Caroline, I do not like the upitty attitude of the person who has taken over. She is rude and condescending. I will be telling people to not use the Rockingham facility. She needs more training.
Helen was very helpful and friendly. A pleasure to deal with.
