YWAM Townsville

I loved my experience at YWAM Townsville! The staff are absolutely the best of the best and are so passionate about serving the Lord and seeing His kingdom come. 10/10 would recommend!

Volunteering at ywam base was a good experience for me, but the teaching on dts was in my opinion very lacking. I think the idea of a dts, to give students a chance to mature as Christians is a good goal. But there is no depth of understanding of human development. And because of the immature understanding, the ideas presented are misguided, and do not work in the real world. If you want something to help you in life, I would recommend seeking a discipleship program elsewhere, and give the dts a miss. I gave the review 2 starts because I liked the people when I was there. Many of them have big hearts.

YWAM Townsville is a place where I do DTS and know more about God..

Love this place. First came out here 8 years ago and still going strong! Feels like home :) I've been equipped and part of something way bigger than myself.
