Very good. Way better than Virgin. There's only vending machines at the terminal and a coffee van outside. At least the over priced food and coffee are absent and you can bring some tucker down of your own. The flights I catch are FIFO so not so much rules. The service is great for a small airline and the plane is more comfortable than the domestic planes the mainstream airlines use. Give them a go if you are travelling into the Midwest of WA. Not sure whether they do public flights but if they do then seriously think about using them.

Great service and friendly crew. Qantas and Virgin could learn a thing or two from you guys. The in flight meal was far better than what the major Australia airlines offer.
If you are going to a remote minesite, it's probably with these guys. Staff are excellent, especially cabin, pilot and maintenance people. Aircraft are vintage but beautiful and well maintained.
Lovely staff. Clean but elderly aircraft very well maintained. Easy check in even for bulky and heavy items. Excellent pilots even in very tricky conditions. Recommended.
