I have just used Airport Security Parking (Perth) for the first time. I was concerned that they would be not as convenient as the ‘official’ airport parking station. I was VERY pleasantly surprised. Great friendly staff, very easy and convenient to use, and GREAT value. My return flight arrived in the early hours of the morning, so I used their parking bays near at the arrivals hall and key box option. It turned out to be so easy to use, and again GREAT value. So, in summary, these are GREAT guys to deal with. I will use them every time from now on. I’m adding to my review since using them for a second time. Same excellent and friendly service. This time I chose to get my car cleaned as well - even though I thought it was a bit pricey. However, I have NEVER had a car clean this good before. The paint shone like new and even the tyres were beautifully blacked. So....changed my mind - car cleaning turned out to be excellent value for money.

Have used normal long stay parking for years. This is much better. More convenient and faster. Now a repeat customer.

Booked my car into the “secure” parking. Also booked to have my car cleaned. When returned the items in my boot had been ransacked and all compartments in my car had been opened. Manager claims my car was grubby and if I hadn’t left my car so grubby that they would have been able to clean it. Provided and explanation of the compartments being opened which doesn’t fit with the opening mechanism on the compartments. Manager claimed that even though he hadn’t seen my car at all that he could confirm that no one had gone through my car. Very unhappy and won’t be using the service ever again. Wouldn’t trust them with my car again.

Keys not in box, battery flat (despite being told they would regularly start asnd move vehicle over 5 weeks). Claimed to have sent SMS telling me, never received, claim to have tried to charged it and but to jump start it when l collected). I put battery on charge at home and all good. Next time I'll just park it in normal airport parking, like I've always done in the past, and spend 2 minutes disconnecting negative terminal
