Yeah nah they do alright ;)
I was fine with them not delivering it (They didn't even try). I organized with the seller so that I would be able to pick it up. I followed up with them to find out where to pick it up from. They tell me that its not ready for pick up and that someone there needs to get it ready for pick up. What a joke, either its there or it isn't. No I have to wait for them to call me. It was meant to be delivered on Thursday its now Monday and I still don't have my package.
What a joke. One star is far too much. Absolutely no communication between teams/department/areas... no systems, no processes, no rules... Just whatever they feel like doing - or not doing! Nothing but bad experience after bad experience often more than once with the one ATTEMPTED delivery
If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst delivery I have ever experienced. It actually took me a few weeks to track down who was now delivering one of my regular subscriptions. The packages were being thrown over my 7 foot fence rain, hail or shine. No card, nothing. One time I was actually home, they rang the bell once and by the time I came to the front door, my parcel was thrown over the fence. My packages have been sun damaged, water damaged and items broken. The company I order from has been extremely sympathetic and helpful. Offering me full refunds for something that is not their fault! Wish the deliveries would go back to normal Australia Post.

Always happy, polite and extremely positive which is rare these days!
Goes above and beyond to deliver parcels safely if we aren’t home and always follows up later to make sure we have received them.
Clearly loves his job and is great!!!
