Great service by Yogi (Taxi977), a friend and I were going to go to a recital. I was impressed by Yogi's professionalism. Very honest gentleman. Even offered to pick us back up but we had other plans. But really, Yogi is da man for everything.

I am absolutely appalled by this service..I booked a wheelchair access maxi ahead of time for my nans 80th birthday dinner.. we sat outside her aged care facility for an hour waiting for them to come and get us.. which they never did.. my nan missed out on her 80th birthday dinner and probably her last one. I asked the lady why my taxi wasn't there for the time it was meant to be and she just said that the drivers can take jobs wherever they are - so basically it doesn't matter if you book or not, it's not guaranteed.. they don't give a f#$% about your booking.. I'd never ever use this service again or ever reccomend it to anyone.. black and white cabs- you should be ashamed of yourselves.

This is not the first time I have been driving on the road and an inpatient taxi driver from this company has pulled out in front of me endangering me and my passengers, but today takes the cake as I came through a round about and a driver looked directly at me and still pulled out in front of me forcing me to slam on my breaks, when this happened I beeped my horn to let him know of his fault and in response he beeped back and waved his hand rudely at me. Would prefer them off the road or prefer that the company runs the drivers through how to drive safety as this in not the first time this has happened. Happened in Carlisle. Very disappointed.

Taxi didn't arrive even after ringing for confirmation the day before. My dad missed his train to Kalgoorlie this morning! .Would give zero if I could . Never again 😡.
