The staff are wonderful.
Purslowe management greedy.
My parents paid $1925 each for pre arrangements in 1988.
My father was so thorough he left a note advising $300 would need to be paid if the body had to be picked up after hours.
30 years later when my beautiful parents passed away we are advised this was not a prepaid funeral.
In the original disbursement $35 was allocated to floral tributes. In 2017 and 2019 we were credited $35.
Because I chose a white coffin for my mum we were charged $2362.
Other than the professional services that were covered, we were credited the exact amounts from 1988.
No interest, dollar for dollar.
My parents should have left their money in the bank.
I DO NOT recommend pre payment to this company.
