Always check your Doctor is actually working the day of your appointment. We sat for 50 minutes waiting for our scheduled appointment for our father only be told when we asked that Dr was not in on the day of our appointment. This was after we had received a confirmation text and we had informed the reception that our father was here for his appointment. The problem only came to light after we enquires as the the whereabouts of our Dr. and the staff realised she was not there. Moral of the story ring and confirm your appointment as the staff don’t seem to check the appointment calendar. Very disappointed with the quality of service.

Dr Leanne Heredia is the best. She is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. I had terrible anxiety attacks when I visited her. Before that, I had visited two other drs in another clinic who were not able to help if not worsen the situation. Leanne managed my situation perfectly and effectively. Thank you Leanne! I initially saw Dr Yong back when he was in Bicton. I still come to see him here. I’ve been seeing him for around 7-8 years now. I returned when I had some issues in 2012, but was quite young so the GP I was seeing at the time claimed I was a “mystery and shrugged his shoulders“. Dr Yong got me off to a GI Dr to look after those issues, which became evident there was one. He always manages to fit in a chat and genuinely cares about your wellbeing. It Also helps that he has a keen personal interest in fitness.

Went in to see Dr Yong. Was seen for 2 minuets and told could be glandular fever or the flu. Offered no help or blood tests to check. Was charged 85$ for a 2 minute pointless appointment.

In my hour of need this clinic was beyond reproach. Yes you may have to wait - but always seen within a reasonable time - cannot recommend highly enough.
