Wembley Family Medical Practice

Like all practices, sometimes you wait awhile & other days you don't wait at all. I've been coming to Wembley Family Medical centre most of my life and I have never had a bad experience, all of the staff are wonderful.

I have found this practice to be one of the best. When I needed them to see my son and they were booked out they arranged for a locum to come out- all bulk billed. I have always been satisfied with the level of service and professionalism. Highly rate

I’ve been a loyal patient for a couple of years now, have referred friends and clients here an today when I needed an emergency appt I was refused. I walked in just after opening time as previously trying to call at 8:30am the phones are either not turned over or you can’t get through. I figured after a sleepless night in pain it was just easier to be here at opening time. I’ve been made to wait as you expect at a dr’s surgery but today when I needed an emergency appt there was no offer of one let alone to sit and wait and see what they can do. Being a regular patient doesn’t mean anything. Just another poor customer service experience from a medical provider.

Although DR's here don't regularly bulk bill, they can take individual situations into account. DR's here are just lovely, they have a great demeanour and willingness to help. Booked up pretty quickly though so you may have to wait a day or two to see your preferred Dr but here I am happy to see all of them.
