Ridiculous wait times. Useless reception staff. No care by the doctors for your mental well-being. Too busy to provide good patient care. Find anywhere else.

Charged more than quoted, always running late, no pre work by psych. Was recommended fad diets and supplements. Pretty disappointed.

The reception staff - mainly the one who looks angry at the world - are rude and quite literally could not care less they are dealing with actual humans with mental health issues. Not only that - They are quite literally hopeless. I have sat in their office for 2 hours with a 6 month old baby before because they forgot to tell the Dr I had arrived. Can't fault the doctors however. The reception staff really let abbotsford down.

This is a psychiatry...not a microwave! One star reviews will always be about a personality dislike for a certain doctor...not the whole psychiatry...? Sometimes the phones take a long time to get through...businesses that are good at what they do tend to have busy phones... I can only give a 'Google Review' on the doctor I have seen there for 6-7 years; Dr Hoffman. He has completely changed my life and is one of two reasons that I am still alive. The reception staff are nice, the rooms are nice, the waiting room is fine. I wouldn't care if they were all rubbish...it is not what I go there for! Whoever is spamming one star reviews down here - mate - you have some MASSIVE issues. You should see a psy….oh....seems that didn't work. Being a keyboard warrior isn't working either. I don't know...maybe switch to the decaf...? A perfectly fine psychiatry and a fantastic doctor :D
