Dr Sanjeev Sharma

Every psychiatrist I dealt with through my depression only used medication and clinical psychologists as treatment. Dr Sharma looked closely at my family history, my personal history and lifestyle and theorised that I had a genetic disorder. He tested it, found it to be true and treated me accordingly. 5 years later I'm still depression free despite working in a high stress job. (Note: This is not typical.. I'm an extreme example of the success of nutrition treatments from what I understand) Without Dr Sharma I know I would still have been on medication, still had depression ... or wouldn't be here. Great to see a doctor who continues to train themselves and be willing to try other evidence based treatments.
