Genea Hollywood Fertility

Very disappointing that I went there pay a consult to find out after as reception not once told me they don't partner with Medibank private. Wasted my money and time as now need to start the all process with a different Specialist that actually has partnership with my private health insurance. Dr Teoh was really nice on his approach to the treatment that he provides. I wish they had told me when I sent my paperwork in tough.

I highly recommend Genea Fertility, My husband and I completed ICSI with Genea and have had such amazing experiences. Successful fresh embryo transfer with my son and now a successful frozen embryo transfer. The staff are all absolutely incredible and so supportive! We have had such a positive experience and it’s lovely to deal with happy faces everyday when you’re dealing with fertility issues. I recommend to all of my friends who have also had amazing experiences! So glad we chose them! ❤️

The nurses & Drs here are incredible. They took the time to explain everything to me and made me comfortable throughout a very intense experience. My husband and had ICSI Ivf through genea, we have a two year old and our second round has been successful too( currently early pregnancy). I highly recommend this agency.

Very disappointed with this place. No follow up, nurses don't know what is happening at all and at the end of the day you are treated like just another number. Customer service, human touch, caring... they don't even know what that means... But don't you worry, they will follow you up to make sure you pay your bill.

I have to say as a partner and husband, I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Genea Hollywood. When my wife who has PCOS had her egg retrievals, she ended having up severe ovarian hyper stimulation and still the doctor implanted an embryo in her. She ended up being in the ICU for 22 days and we had a miscarriage. Now we have had the second embryo transfer. We are not convinced since day 1 with the nurses at Genea. The older ones are crude and, in some instances, rude. When it comes to their payment, they are prompt and act like a debt collection agency (like we are going to run away with the embryos). But when it comes to giving us answers, they take their own sweet time. Just today, my wife experienced intense period like pain and called up for some answers and instead of reassuring her, the nurse Anna scared her even more with her conversation. If you cannot be supportive, then do not give your number out or give it to someone who knows the case, or cares. Its high time the Genea board and doctors assess their support staff. The only good thing about Genea is Dr. Simon Turner and he is the only reason we went there. If you plan to use Genea, please contact him and get him to assure you of his services. He is brilliant and hence we give it one star.
