Best gongcha branch in adelaide. Orders come out exactly as ordered, pearls have the perfect amount of chew, service is friendly and VERY efficient.

Written based on the experience on the 7/4/19nnYrscore: F4, E-4,R2nnFood: 4 star for the gongcha brand but negative score for the service.nnExperience: Been there for almost a year now (just because there aren't any other branch around the corner), and the attitude of the staff is still appalling. Forget about the greetings and the smile, they are just a bubble tea away from being rude. They just look like a group of people who have lost the will to live, what more making amazing beverages. The finesse of the brand where they wipe the cup dry before serving is completely absent. Having tried gongcha in several countries now, this is absolutely disappointing. The membership rewards machine is broken half of the time. I really think GongCha should audit their franchisee.nnReturn:nThanks to the poor service, I have braved myself to try out other outlets in the area and they are pretty good too. I do occasionally custom this store for the drinks that other store doesn't serve.nnI seriously hope that the owner would look into improving basic services.
