To’s is a great little (local secret) lunch bar. Super fresh and tasty Vietnamese noodle bowls and meat rolls, the staff are pleasant and always have a friendly smile for you, with fast service. While it is in the city Its usually accessible with short-term parking right out front. repeat customer for almost 2 years, they do not disappoint, Enjoy!
