Though the initial contact was excellent, we eventually cancelled our small order after two weeks though lack of communications from the firm.
The turf arrived falling apart, inconsistent depth, some with no roots, plagued with clover weeds and it wasn't cheap either. On arrival we called the owner and said we didn't want it and wouldn't pay which he agreed and said he would refund our money. Then days later he reneged and won't refund all of our money. Not happy at all as he didn't keep his word and it was a second rate product.
