The Coconut Grove crew were good when you could go in and get your water tested but the home visit service is a bit of a mess. The fellow who visits is great. Very friendly and helpful. The people doing the billing in admin for the visit are far less helpful. 3 stars.

Amazing amazing amazing, have been struggling with my pool for years using another pool company who clearly had no idea what they were doing ... since using Pristine maintaining my pool is a breeze. Dont waste your time using any other company, Pristine will sort you out in no time and wont charge you an arm and a leg to do so
