Just want to share how impressed I am with this store and particularly the management. After coming home and realising we were given the incorrect order, I phoned the store and the store manager turned a negative situation into a positive one by not only apologising but by arranging to have the correct order delivered to my door at home. Wow!!! So from calling because I was angry I have now ended up being impressed enough to give them a five star review. Way to go on showing others how excellent service and customer management is handled. Bravo and thank you!!!!

After an hour and a half, and several phone calls, many of which went unanswered, we were still waiting for our delivery. We are 5 minutes drive from the restaurant... Eventually gave up waiting and decided to cancel our order, and are still waiting for a refund, which seems as swift as the delivery of food.nProfessionalism and customer care is next to nothing, when they do decide to answer the phone, it's with nothing more than a grunt of 'ello.. Steer well clear..

Girl who took my order in drive seem disinterested. Cut me off half way through my order as if I was done and had zero manners.nThe 2nd lady who took payment had her phone half hanging out of her pocket. Senior staff standing around doing not a lot. 15minute wait for order while there was 6 or 7 staff on. All doing nothing

Fast service. Good quality food and good customer service

Friendly counter staff. Over hearing the way they spoke to the older population wanting to order their meals was a breath of fresh air. Treated everyone with respect and dignity. One of the better reds store's I've been too, friendly staff and a clean dine in seating area. 4 outta 5 stars.
