Professional service with a smile :)nI just had my yearly servicing done at Agostino. Tony, the service manager always goes for the extra mile to make sure his customers are happy. If you are a proud owner of Mitsubishi, I would highly recommend Agostino for sales and services.

Buying experience and also servicing experience review.nBuying was a breeze I wasn't pressured to buy any car at all and staff were happy to answer any question I had with a smile.nServicing I was told I'd be able to have a loan car, bad experiences in the past of forgetful staff and being messed around, wasn't the case here. Servicing staff helped me out with a new loan car and were more than happy for questions and didn't shuffle me out the door.nPeace of mind comes to mind. Quite happy with it all.

I bought a 2021 Mitsubishi Triton in April 2021, although all the accessories I wanted fitted were part of the contract and would reasonably be expected to be sorted by the dealer, as they were all included in the sales contract, I was left to do all of the dealing with TJM. I was provided with a car with many faults which has resulted in it being towed back to a dealer 400 kms from where I live. This has resulted in me having to have someone else convey me there to collect my car now on two occasions, without any communication from Agostino. No reimbursement for my time or fuel money to go and collect my car. They also tried to swindle my $1000 deposit from me which I had to fight to get back!nI’m sitting here typing with yet another fault which has resulted from accessories not being fitted correctly and yet another tow (due to the vehicle being in limp mode) and another trip to the local dealer 400 kms away.nI would NEVER EVER recommend this dealership to anyone, seriously the worst $50,000 I have ever spent and the service I have received from not only Agostino, but Mitsubishi Australia in general is ridiculously poor!! No communication, No professionalism and No comprehension of the time, effort and money I have had to waste because of them!
