Blackwood Beer & Wine

The only cafe after security for the international area in Terminal 4. Food was quite expensive. I just had a chocolate cake and it was alright.

Completely useless service.nnDon't expect to get served quickly and then don't expect to get your order within 10 minutes.nnBetter to have a drink b4 going through immigration.

I am afraid to say that this was one of the worst customer experiences at an airport ever...I was standing at the bar for a considerable amount of time while the staff seemed to be comparing instagram pictures , the staff member then place her phone I her back pocket ...waved at from a distance and told to move down to another till , as the staff were doing me a favour...to then get told that they don’t have what I was looking to order ( it wasn’t like I was asking for filtered yak milk) and then told no lime for a vodka lime and soda and no lemon for a corona...lift your game management, teach your staff customer service , and manners ...if this what international travellers are experiencing it’s not a good look for Perth.

Terminal 3 might not have much of selection, but in terms of customer service, the people working in the Black Wood bar are amazing. They have made my experience marvelous! Thank you to the manager and your team, especially the British girl, I think her name was Charmane? Not really sure but thank you guys and i looking forward to seeing when i come back :)
