I found Leanne of Conveyancing HQ not only a genuine person, friendly, and putting you at your ease at once, but also able to calmly handle unexpected difficulties at the last minute, taking all the extra running around to replace documents in her stride even though I knew she had plenty of other work on at the same time. At no point did she waver, but was completely unfazed and settled the property extremely efficiently and with a smile. even with the difficulties that arose. What a gem.
