My experience was not good, I had to go to another tax agent to amend my return. I emailed the accountant at Asshok after she did my return and asked her if she took advantage of the small business incentive the government offered regarding the purchase of my vehicle. Her response was short and abrupt saying that she did and if I had any queries I should book an appointment. After going to another agent I found out that she did not take advantage of the small business incentive as she claimed to. There were other things she missed as well. There was zero interaction with me. The other accountant I went to said I am not the first sole trader to come in with similar complaints. Maybe little people are not important to such a prestigious accounting firm. 🙄
