Rydges Kalgoorlie

Firstly we were not booked in. Booked through hotel reception at least 2 weeks before. We are Ridges members but no free breakfast. Dinner expensive for what you got. Staff friendly but overworked no backup. Room nice no plug in sink could only open 1 window aircon too noisy to sleep with reported all to front desk but to no avail. On positive bed so comfortable and bathroom beautiful.

Great facilities and staff. Except the bed, everything is 5 stars. Restaurant food is good but on the expensive side.

Carrie North made the stay exceptional. She was welcoming , helpful and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and bed very comfortable.

This is almost a very good hotel. It is just a 10 minute drive to the main street. Other than the hotel restaurant there isn't any nearby places to eat. Unfortunately the service in the on-site restaurant is disappointing. Breakfast finishes early at 8:30 and if you arrive even at 8am the choices are very limited. The rooms are mostly clean but some details are missed. Overall good value for money as the prices are reasonable but don't expect 5 star.
