Australia Post - Lake Grace LPO

The staff at the Lake Grace PO are the best !!! I had an international mail item that had gone missing for almost 2 months. It was supposed to be delivered to Victoria but for some reason ended up in Lake Grace WA. I was extremely worried not knowing the whereabouts of my letter until I was advised it had turned up as far away from Victoria as you could imagine. When I called the PO, the staff were very compassionate regarding my distress and went well out of their way to ensure the letter was delivered correctly, which it was. I just want to say a massive thank you to all of you, especially Lenore, you're the best. Can't wait to come to WA just to say hi and crack open the champagne. cheers !!!!
